LP-08 (Sm Liposomes)

Therapeutic "empty" liposomes for the intravesical treatment of Interstitial Cystitis. Completed successful 30 patient active controlled clinical trial in Taiwan. LP-08 was well tolerated with positive efficacy endpoints and no serious adverse events. First single-patient compassionate use in the United States completed without adverse events.

LP-09 (Liposomal Toxin)

Liposomal Botulinum Toxin formulation for intravesical treatment of Overactive Bladder(OAB). Completed 20 patient pilot human study, and commencing 60 patient placebo-controlled study. The initial clinical study and prior nonclinical in-vivo study showed efficacy vs. placebo and vehicle control respectively without urinary retention.

LP-10 (Liposomal siRNA)

Liposomal small interfering RNA for the intravesical treatment of Cystitis and Hyperactive Bladder. Non-clinical in-vivo study complete and presented at the 2010 International Continence Society's annual meeting, indicating a clinically viable safer alternative to current developmental systemic NGF-directed antibody formulations.
